Setup of table décor - R40 pp

Includes table decor, glassware, cutlery, crockery, candles and finished floral arrangements. Excludes unfinished floral arrangements, furniture layout and event coordination.

Indoor furniture layout - R20 pp

Includes tables, chairs and lounge pockets.

Breakdown - R20 pp

Only items hired from Best Events are included in the breakdown. Lighting, dance floor and tent setup will be quoted separately. Site inspections at venues will require a transport fee.

Outdoor furniture layout - R15 pp

Includes tables, chairs, lounge pockets and cocktail furniture.
